This place is very good, the grinders are pretty yummy. I've only ordered online, so I can't say anything about the feel and vibe of the restaurant. When I do order online, it's not a long wait. The Cheese Burger grinder slaps.
Hands down one of the best places to get a grinder in Westfield. Granted, they don't toast their grinders so if you want something hot this isn't the place. They always give generous portions and have a great bagged lunch special, you get an 8" grinder, a drink, chips and a cookie or brownie. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I've never had a long wait there ever and there's always people enjoying their lunch. They have a handful of tables and booths inside. Also! Fantastic breakfast sandwiches!

The best bang for your buck you can get for lunch, the food is always great and exactly what I want, filling large portions at reasonable prices. I'm always impressed that no matter what time I'm there their grinder rolls are incredibly fresh. Good people. I recommend to everyone I know. I usually get it to go but they have a nice setup if you want to eat there.
